Do my tires need to be mounted on rims already?
Yes! We specialize strictly in on-rim seasonal swaps (taking off your summer/all-season wheels and installing your winter wheels). We do not mount bare rubber onto rims or balance loose tires.
What do I need to prepare before you arrive?
Simply make sure your vehicle is parked in an accessible driveway with roughly 3 feet of clearance around each side. Please leave your seasonal wheels nearby (e.g. in your garage or beside the car) and leave your wheel lock key on the front seat.
How does the 2-car discount work?
If you have two vehicles at the same address, your first vehicle is $70 and the second vehicle is just $50 ($120 total). Because our technician is already set up in your driveway, we pass those travel savings directly to you!
What if it rains or snows on my appointment date?
We work in light rain and cold conditions. In the event of severe weather (e.g. freezing rain, active blizzards, or heavy downpours), we will reach out and reschedule your slot to the earliest dry opening at no cost.
How do I pay?
We accept Cash and Interac e-Transfer in person once the swap is completed and the wheels are verified to torque spec. No online deposit or prepayment is required.
Do you re-torque after 100 km?
We torque every single lug nut with a calibrated torque wrench to your vehicle's exact manufacturer specification. If you'd like a quick re-torque check, we are happy to inspect them if we are in your neighborhood, or provide guidance on checking them.
