1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or booking services through London Tire Swap ("londontireswap.ca"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Canadian laws and regulations.

2. Description of Services

London Tire Swap provides on-location mobile seasonal tire changeover services for passenger cars, SUVs, and light trucks at the customer's residential driveway in London, Ontario.

• Our standard service is for on-rim tire assemblies (pre-mounted tires and rims).
• Each swap includes wheel removal, hub cleaning/inspection, seasonal wheel mounting, proper digital torque wrench verification to manufacturer specifications, and tire pressure adjustments.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient driveway service, customers agree to:

• Provide a flat, stable, and unobstructed driveway or parking area suitable for lifting the vehicle with professional floor jacks.
• Make the replacement wheel set accessible (in the garage, beside the vehicle, or in the trunk).
• Provide the wheel lock key if your vehicle is equipped with anti-theft lug nuts.
• Re-torque lug nuts after 100 km of driving, as recommended by vehicle manufacturers.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Cancellations

• Zero Upfront Deposit: We do not require credit card deposits or upfront payments. Payment is due only after your appointment is completed and inspected.
• Payment Methods: We accept Interac e-Transfer and cash upon job completion.
• Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge at any time before our technician is dispatched to your address.
